There are levels of healing and what does the Helper do to heal.
One thing to know is YOU ARE NOT ALONE in the quest to heal your soul, mind, spirit, and body.

A space/place for Helpers to share their experiences without judgment, invalidating, dismissing, shame, or minimizing.
Support and build up other helpers to share their harmful experiences and the impact upon the Helper in their work/personal/both lives.

Peer pressure happens at all ages. Although the title presents itself to kids, adults also experience it especially when the choice is made to focus on HEALING from harm. Healing is a #journey #process and it’s essential to well-being so dare to be different. Glean from what is said to the kids since it is beneficial for all ages.
