Some people took me out to celebrate my achievement of getting over the finish line. I acquired my PhD in Social Welfare from Yeshiva University-Wurzweiler School of Social Work. My dissertation research topic was “The Phenomenological Exploration of Academic Reengagement for High School Completion“

This was a tedious process that required discipline and perseverance to make it over the finish line. Yes, we must all celebrate when one stays in it to win it.
