Mental Health Day Countdown

On Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024, celebrate World Mental Health Day with Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and the World Health Organization by taking action to make mental well-being a global priority for all.  

As mental health and substance use challenges continue to increase, it’s important to learn how to incorporate effective mental wellbeing practices into our daily routines. By understanding and applying these strategies, we can be better prepared to recognize and address our own needs and the needs of those around us.

Starting on Tuesday, Oct. 1, we’re launching a 10-day series of actions to help you tend to your mental wellbeing. Each day, we’ll share a tip on our social media platforms to help you take meaningful steps toward enhancing mental wellbeing for yourself and others.
